My Life in a Snowglobe

Since returning from Winter Vacation the first graders have been busy working in both Art and Writing on a winter project called "My Life in a SnowGlobe".  In art class the students drew a picture of what their life would be like if they were trapped inside of a snowglobe.  After drawing their picture, each student created a 'snowglobe' using paper plates.

Ms. Burnell's 1st Graders took their snowglobes that they designed and integrated their art project into their writing for the week. Each student wrote a short story of what their life would be like if they were trapped inside of a snowglobe.

Check out all of the first grade's EXCELLENT work!  What a WONDERFUL JOB!
